A truck overturned in the Las Bromelias sector on the road to Nayón, north of Quito, leaving one person injured and closing traffic in both directions.
Where The Closure Is
The closure affects the road to Nayón near the Ekopark campus of UDLA. Emergency teams closed vehicle circulation in both directions while responding to the crash.
Paramedics provided prehospital care to the injured person. No additional injuries had been reported at the time of the update.
